The A side is definitely John Holt riding the Inspirations "Buttoo Girl" rhythm, recorded at Randys in North Parade in 1969, produced by Lee Perry, although I'd agree this cut has the hallmarks of Bunny Lee.
The B-side is a song called "Changing Partners", written by Larry Coleman and Joe Darion, first released in 1953 and a hit for Patti Page, Kay Starr, Bill Monroe and Bing Crosby. Peter Austin of the Clarendonians released a solo version of it that was released in the UK on a Unity 45 in 1970 backed by "The Lees Allstars", so that seems to cement both the date and the Bunny Lee connection.
Further investigation on "Dance Crasher" confirms that this is the same track.
